Once the leaks are sealed, direct your energy where it compounds:
Work that moves your vision forward.
Practices that restore clarity and focus.
Relationships that challenge you without draining you.
The goal is not “balance” but alignment. You’re not trying to spread yourself evenly—you’re concentrating force where it matters most.
THE COST OF NEGLECT
Neglect your energy economy and you start making decisions from fatigue instead of clarity. You take the easier path, not the right one. You avoid conflict not because it’s wise, but because you’re too tired to face it.
This is how sovereignty erodes—not in dramatic battles, but in small, daily concessions made when you’re running on fumes.
Energy is proof of value. Where you spend it tells the truth about what matters to you—whether you admit it or not.
